Bambini Soft Play Co. Policy 

 

Reservations

A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposit is applied towards total, remaining balance is due 2 days before your event. Please make sure balance is completely paid 7 days before your event to avoid cancellation.

Cancellations

Customer safety comes first. We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to inclement weather such as high winds, rain, or for any other reasons that may be deemed unsafe for setup. If you are planning an outdoor event please have an indoor option ready as well. Most of our equipment is indoor/outdoor friendly. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/NEGOTIABLE. We understand things happen, if you must cancel you have up to one year to reschedule and use deposit towards new reservation. Rescheduling is based upon our availability.

Rental Hours

All rentals are for up to 6 hours. Rentals are delivered at least an hour before your event start time. Setup time does not count against your rental time. Outdoor setups are to be picked up no later than by 7pm. Indoor setups are to be picked up by 8pm. A $50 hourly fee will apply to all events ending later than the times listed above up to 10pm. Events ending after 10 pm will be picked up the next day (weather permitting) and an overnight $200 fee will apply.

Age Policy

We have a strict age policy of 0-5 years old only. This is to ensure the safety of your toddler and for your own peace of mind.

Equipment Setup & Guidelines

An even, clean, and dry area is required for setup of all equipment. We will not set up on rocks, dirt, bumpy/uneven ground. Our equipment cannot be in a wet space/area, near waterslides, or in wet ground. Equipment becomes extremely slippery when wet and is NOT safe. Renter is responsible for providing adequate space for setup. Please be mindful and have setup area ready for our team upon arrival, weekends are extremely busy and we will NOT wait longer than 15 minutes for designated play space to be ready for setup. Failure to have a clear/clean space ready for setup may result in cancellation (additional charges may apply).  

Soft Play All equipment is sanitized prior to delivery and sanitized again on-site for our customers peace of mind. Ball pit balls are delivered clean and ready for play. Please keep all equipment in designated play area at all times. 

Ball Pits Please keep balls inside ball pit. Extra charges will apply if balls are not inside ball pit at pickup.

Ball Pit Slides Strictly for children 2-6 years old. Weight limit is 100 lbs. per slide. Only one child per slide at a time.

Bounce Houses Absolutely NO climbing on walls or rough play allowed. In case of strong/high winds or any weather deemed unsafe we reserve the right to cancel rental at any time. Parental supervision required at all times.

Damages

Rules have been established for your safety and to enhance your soft play experience. Failure to abide by rules may result in bodily injury as well as damages to equipment We are not responsible for bodily injuries. Parental supervision is REQUIRED at all times. Damage to equipment fees will apply.

IMPORTANT (this applies to ALL equipment: NO face paint, shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects (ex: high heels), rough play. Soft play, bounce houses and ball pit slides are strictly for children 5 & under. Parental supervision required at all times. We are not responsible for damage/injury caused to child/person.
